Just checked it out...sold, they just forgot to take it off of CL. :(
It's a shame...I saw it a month or so ago on autotrader, but had heard that the dealer had gotten caught a few years ago trying to sell a Maserati Gran Sport that had flood damage...I kind of just disregarded the car. 81k miles, loaded (for a USP anyways), and only $7400. I'm so mad at myself.
